TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders placed with CairFil Pty Ltd are accepted on the basis of the general agreements as listed on Terms & Conditions page. All orders must be placed via our online shop web interface (or phone order if you prefer). All purchases are subject to GST (GST is already included in our advertised price).

Order Pick Ups
If you wish to pick up items from CairFil Pty Ltd following placement of an order, you will need to call or email us before coming to arrange a time for pickup.

Order Delivery
CairFil Pty Ltd offers an Australian wide express delivery service using Australia Post. Deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 3 working days from goods being dispatched. Deliveries to all other locations in Australia will be made within a maximum of 10 working days.

The estimation above only applies if all of the items in your order are in stock and ready to be dispatched.

All deliveries are sent via Australia Parcel Post.

All orders are prepaid. When ordering online, credit card is charged when you place your order. We accept the following forms of payment :

Email Tax Invoice / Confirmation of order
After you place an order on this site and payment is approved, you should receive an email confirming that CairFil Pty Ltd has accepted your order and is processing it. The email will contain the details of your order, the itemized and total amounts that will be billed to your credit card, including all applicable taxes and other charges. Please review this receipt carefully to confirm that we properly understood your order.

Cancellation / Returns Policy
If you're unsatisfied with our product, we back it up with our 14 day money back guarantee. 100% Guaranteed! Upon receipt of your returned item, refunds will be processed by direct banking or cheque.

The returns policy will cover products that are found to be manufactured faulty, and any damage caused while it is shipped to buyer/s. It is the buyers responsibility to send the item back to us complete with original packing.

You should notify CairFil Pty Ltd in writing within 7 days. A replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the damaged item.

All other postages including international freight costs will not be included as part of the refund policy.
